On January 15th, we flew to Cozumel near Mexico's Yucatan peninsula. Bill went diving several days before we moved over to Playa del Carmen. We had a condo a ways from town in the gringo golf area of Playcar. Fortunately, bikes were provided and we went to the lively town and beach most days.

We stayed in Tulum for a few days. The ruins are wonderful, though thronged with tourists from all over the world Although the beach and nature reserve were nice, staying in town was noisy and unpleasant, so we cut short that part of our trip.

| Puerto Morelos |
We were able to find some good accommodations in Puerto Morelos and spent the rest of our time there.
On Feb 26th, we flew back to Seattle again.
